Terms of Service

This page is maintained by EasyContractRE to describe the terms under which you may use the service. By creating an account or using EasyContractRE, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
EasyContractRE, operated by EasyContractRE LLC, is a software tool that extracts data from real-estate contracts and pushes that data, along with date-anchored tasks, into your own Follow Up Boss account using an API key you provide. EasyContractRE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Follow Up Boss.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Subscription and billing
The service is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are Solo at $99 per month (1 agent), Team at $299 per month (up to 5 agents), and Growth at $499 per month (unlimited agents). Team and Growth plans include task customization features. New accounts may process one contract free of charge before a subscription is required; that free contract is tied to your Follow Up Boss account and cannot be reset by creating a new EasyContractRE account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your Follow Up Boss data
You grant EasyContractRE permission to use the API key you provide to read from and write to your Follow Up Boss account strictly to deliver the service (creating custom fields, pushing deals, scheduling tasks, attaching notes). You can disconnect your API key at any time from Settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or clone the service; (b) resell or sublicense the service without written permission; (c) use the service to violate any law or the terms of Follow Up Boss; (d) upload contracts you do not have the right to process; (e) attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
6. Intellectual property
EasyContractRE, its name, logo, code, workflows, task templates, custom-field schema, and email templates are the property of EasyContractRE LLC. You retain all rights to the contracts and data you upload.
7. AI processing
Contract text is sent to a large-language-model provider (currently Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of extracting structured fields. EasyContractRE does not train AI models on your contracts and does not sell your data.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Extraction is automated and can be imperfect — you are responsible for reviewing extracted data before it is pushed to Follow Up Boss and before you rely on it for any real-estate transaction.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyContractRE's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. EasyContractRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost deals.
9a. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to our own refund policy.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. EasyContractRE may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends; your Follow Up Boss data remains in Follow Up Boss.
11. Changes to these terms
EasyContractRE may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EasyContractRE is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
